Items purchased from KIN are eligible for an exchange to store credit or size change, if returned within 14 days for Singapore orders and 30 days for international orders from the date of shipment. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.
- Exchanges are applicable on regular priced items only. This does not include lifestyle, lingerie products, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
KIN does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel.
- We apologise if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via normal mail along with a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) to be obtained at the post office. This will be made known in the email accordingly. Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.
- Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further.
- In such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the package. However, if the item is no longer available, a store credit with 90 days validity will be issued. Postage charges incurred will be refunded as store credit. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
